clinical training at beam

At Beam Mental Health, we’re committed to supporting the next generation of thoughtful, trauma-informed clinicians.

We offer two training pathways: graduate-level clinical internships and post-graduate supervision toward independent licensure. Both are grounded in ethical, embodied, and relationship-centered care — and designed to support you as you grow into your clinical voice.

graduate clinical internships

Beam partners with graduate programs in social work and mental health counseling to offer field placements for advanced-level students. Interns provide direct care under licensed supervision, gaining experience in trauma-informed, inclusive, and relational clinical practice.

post-graduate supervision

We offer clinical supervision for post-graduate clinicians working toward licensure (inc. LICSW, LCMHC, & LADC) in Vermont. Our supervision is grounded in reflective practice, ethical presence, and deep clinical engagement — supporting emerging therapists in becoming confident, independent providers.
