clinical internships at beam

Train with Purpose. Practice with Support. Learn to Lead.

Beam Mental Health offers field placement opportunities for advanced-level graduate students in social work, counseling, and related programs. Our internship program is designed for students who want to grow clinical confidence while contributing to a community-based, trauma-informed practice.

Interns at Beam are seen as future colleagues, not just students. You’ll receive close clinical supervision, direct client experience, and a welcoming culture where curiosity, collaboration, and care are central to our work.
